What is CMC?
CMC Certification by IMCI is a mark of excellence among all management consultants. When you see the initials CMC following a consultant's name, it means that he or she is a Certified Management Consultant and has met the strict certification requirements of the Institute of Management Consultants of India.
CMC is a guarantee to client that the consultant has sufficient experience & knowledge to deliver impartial, professional and cost-effective interventions with the best interest of the client at heart.
Certification by IMCI is invaluable as it is the mark of excellence among management consulting professionals. The CMC designation implies international recognition and certification to world-wide standards.
CMC Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible to sit for the CMC exam, the candidate must be an Individual Member of IMCI.
Certification Process.
CMC is awarded through an assessment process which requires the consultant to present evidence of their ability in Management Consultancy processes as well as in their area of technical specialization.
Applications for the CMC certification undergo thorough investigation of their consulting experience; they must pass two written examinations and are interviewed by the panel of senior consultants to verify their technical competence.
An Individual member is eligible to use the title Certified Management Consultant (CMC) only after successfully clearing a Certification Process. Till then, an Individual member is permitted to use the title MIMC (Member of Institute of Management Consultants).
Fees Structure
The full certification fees will be Rs.10,000/- and there is a early bird discount of Rs.1000/-. The early bird date will be announced as per CMC schedule
In case, member is unable to sit for the certification process but has paid the fees, IMCI will retain Rs. 4,000/- towards overhead expenses.
